One link for all the restaurants you supply. Bookmark it — anyone with this link can edit your prices, so keep it private.

New or changed products go to each restaurant for a quick check before they can be ordered.
Supplier details
Contact information shared with every restaurant you supply.
Approved orders are emailed to your contact email. Each restaurant has its own invoice address — see Restaurants. Send invoices from this email so they're matched to you automatically.
Delivery terms
Set minimum order, delivery timing, fees and GST.
Price decks
Keep several versions of your price list — e.g. “2026 V1”, “Hotel prices”. One is your current deck (the default). On Restaurants you choose which deck each restaurant gets.
Products
Price is per pack (e.g. per carton). If you also sell singles, add the single price and what a single is (e.g. bottle). Rows with a problem are marked in red — fix them or check they're right before saving. Have a spreadsheet? Download template, fill it in, then Upload Excel / CSV.
